Recognized by their striking brilliant finish, A Custom HiHats feature unique tonal grooves and lower profiles that produce a smoother, glassier, and brighter sound with more give when struck — light, crisp, subtle, and very colorful.
How They Sound
The top cymbal (approximately 928g, Medium Thin) is light and responsive, giving a delicate, cutting "chick" when closed. The heavier bottom cymbal (approximately 1194g, Medium) anchors the pair with a fuller low end, so the set stays articulate at low volume but still has body when opened up.
