A stacked concentric potentiometer — two separate 500K pots on one shaft, controlled independently by an inner and outer knob, fitting a full volume-and-tone (or dual-volume) control setup into a single 3/8" mounting hole. Unlike the mixed 250K/500K version, both stacked pots here share the same 500K value, making this the right choice when both controls need matched characteristics — commonly used for a two-humbucker volume/volume setup, or a volume-and-tone pair on a single humbucker circuit where you don't want a resistance mismatch between the two functions.
