Description
A 250K audio taper potentiometer with a built-in DPDT push/pull switch — pull the knob up to engage the switch, adding a second function to your existing control without drilling for a separate mini toggle. This is the classic hardware behind coil-splitting a humbucker, adding an out-of-phase option, or wiring series/parallel switching, all from a knob that already exists on your guitar. 250K is the standard resistance choice for single-coil-equipped guitars.
Benefits:
- Adds a switching function to an existing knob — no extra holes or panel space needed
- DPDT switching supports common mods like coil-splitting, phase reversal, or series/parallel switching
- 250K resistance matches standard single-coil guitar wiring
Features:
- 250K ohm resistance, audio (log) taper
- Built-in DPDT push/pull switch, pulls out approximately 4mm
- Split, knurled shaft
- Includes mounting nut and washer
Specifications:
- Threaded bushing diameter: ~9.35mm
- Threaded bushing length: 9mm
- Recommended cavity depth: approx. 35mm (bottom of pot to top of threaded portion)
